Purchase this service to request an additional creative refresh for your active banner advertisement. This is applicable for updates exceeding the four complimentary swaps included in your annual placement. Once purchased, please email your new creative to our team for verification and deployment.

Description
Keep your advertising fresh and relevant with an additional creative refresh. While all annual placements include four complimentary swaps per year, this service allows you to update your banner design at any time outside of your quarterly allowance.
Once you have completed your purchase, please submit your new banner creative to our team. Each submission will undergo a technical review to ensure it meets our standard specifications for dimensions, file weight and animation safety.
Service Details
- Processing Fee: $25 per individual banner swap.
- Lead Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your new creative to be verified and pushed live on the platform.
- Compatibility: This service applies to both Static Header Banners and Animated Category Banners.
- Requirement: All new files must strictly adhere to the original technical specifications provided in your initial booking.
Note: This fee covers the administrative and technical time required to update your placement. Banners that do not meet the required dimensions or safety standards will be returned for correction before they can be uploaded.
