Our school trains many of our own instructors. We believe that training our own instructors in-house is the best way to make sure that you receive the best experience possible. Our instructors come from both Civilian & Military backgrounds so we know that to become a great Pilot, there is no set formula. We are confident that everyone here is passionate & competent at what they do, & this filters down to our students.

All vouchers are sent digitally to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds:

All vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchased and must be used up in this time. Vouchers outside of this validity period may be extended for a fee, however this is at the discretion of the flight training director and is assessed on a case by case basis.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy:

EFG Flying School operates a cancellation policy requiring 72 Hours’ notice prior to the booking time. Any cancellations made within this period will be liable to pay a cancellation fee if the conditions are suitable for the flight to go ahead and no replacement booking with the instructor could be made. This can be waived in extreme cases at the discretion of the instructor.
