Its heritage includes Chelton Flight Systems, Inc. & S-TEC Corporation, which are highly recognized names that have been in the industry for decades. Since our founding in 1978, S-TEC Corporation has shipped over 40,000 autopilot systems. We offer one of the most comprehensive portfolios of autopilots for airplanes & helicopters. From low-cost analogue wing levellers to sophisticated, digital, three-axis systems with Flight Director & envelope protection, S-TEC has over 1,500 FAA & international certifications for more than 1,000 aircraft types. In addition, the Genesys Rotorcraft Controls (GRC) products brings digital, full-authority autopilot technology to light single & twin-engine helicopters.

Another key division of Genesys Aerosystems features the pioneers that developed the world’s first FAA-certified 3D Synthetic Vision flight display system & GPS-WAAS navigator. Industry firsts like Highway-In-The-Sky navigation have helped us grow to become a proven leader in integrated cockpit avionics systems for special-mission aircraft. In fact, our display/EFIS products have been certified on over 700 different aircraft types in all four FAA regulatory classes: Part-23, Part-25, Part-27, & Part-29.
