United Design uses only the highest quality products for the production of its products.
The use of special DuPont ™ high-tech fibres for fireproof flight equipment guarantees high fire resistance & excellent breathability, excellent colour stability, very long lifespan & excellent textile qualities to our suits & accessories.
As for the Polycotton fabric, we use the best fabrics that “last” over time & ensure excellent dimensional & colour stability.
Leather flight jackets have a special production path.
United Design selects the best quality leathers directly from the tannery, whether they are “chrome” or “vegetable” tanned. All the production phases of our jackets are followed with great care by expert master craftsmen to create unique products of their kind. The selection of the best leathers, the careful manual cutting, the skilful assembly & above all the experience of our staff guarantee the excellent quality of production.

Quality of production processes
The design phase of our garments & accessories uses the most advanced computerised systems (CAD / CAM). The automatic cutting process, the craftsmanship in the fabric sewing phase & the scrupulous control of the finished product guarantee a high total quality.

United Design does not carry out activities that may have an impact on the environment, however being particularly sensitive to environmental problems, it takes the utmost care in the disposal of its waste, according to the type of waste & using qualified professionals, as required by current regulations.
