NOTE: please select date & time first then set group size. Group size is the number of passengers. Up to 2 passengers are allowed per booking. “R44 Helicopter for 2” is the number of helicopters you are booking & stays at 1 by default. To book multiple helicopters please create separate bookings.

Please review our Cancellation Policy & Safety Policy before booking: Customers cancelling more than 48 hours before departure time are subject to a $50 per person fee. No cancellation or changes are allowed less than 48 hours before departure. Cancellations inside 48 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals, forfeit their tickets with no refund.

Subject to favourable weather conditions & helicopter maintenance; if cancelled due to these reasons, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.

Private charters must depart & arrive at different heliports per regulations. Please note: departure Heliport in Manhattan will be different on weekdays vs. weekends. Please contact operator for more information.

Maximum weight 250 lbs (113 kg) per person & 500 lbs (226 kg) combined in 2-passenger R44 helicopter. Maximum passenger height in R44 helicopter is 6 ft 3 in (192 cm).

Children 18 years & under must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent.

Children under 2 years old fly at no cost if they can safely fit on parent’s lap.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed on helicopter flights.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event
