No cancellation or changes are allowed less than 48 hours before departure. Cancellations inside 48 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals, forfeit their tickets with no refund.

Tours depart from Westchester County Airport in White Plains, a relaxed crowd-free location just outside NYC easily accessed by public transit (Metro-North rail from Gr& Central Terminal) or car (free parking).

Convenient roundtrip transfers are available from anywhere in Manhattan for additional fee (if option selected). Rates are based on regular cars.

Maximum weight 1000 lbs (453 kg) combined in 5-passenger Airbus helicopters.

Fall foliage tours are subject to actual colour changes.

Routes are subject to change based on weather, air traffic control & temporary flight restrictions.

Children 18 years & under must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent.

Children under 2 years old fly at no cost if they can safely fit on parent’s lap.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed on helicopter flights.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event
