Terms & Conditions These terms and conditions are applicable to all customers using Yorkshire Flight Simulator Ltd services. Please read and understand them carefully before booking slots or purchasing a voucher, making a booking or redeeming a pre-purchased voucher.Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are redeemable for any other service or value. Vouchers are fully transferable between persons and can be increased to a higher experience package at the time of booking your flight experience. Vouchers are none refundable upon posting or Emailing.YFS Vouchers are only valid for 12 Months from date purchased.YFS have the right to change prices without prior notice.YFS staff have the right to turn customers away that appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.Cancellations on vouchers within a 12hr period from third party promotional companies will be charged at Yorkshire Flight Simulator Rates.Due to unforeseen problems with the simulators we may have to cancel sessions dependant on the problem. If your session is cancelled or you are turned away due to a problem YFS will reschedule you booking for you. All participants will be supervised by a flight instructor who will be on hand though out the flight experience, unless you have been signed off to private hire the simulator. All participants must:be 10 years of age or older. be supervised by an adult if under the age of 18. be in good health and have no heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness or other conditions that could be provoked by the simulator. not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We would also recommend that users should be in comfortable cloths with ladies wearing trousers.Private Hire Customers can be approved private hire of the simulator provided that they satisfy the requirements of one of our senior instructional staff that they can operate the simulator in a competent and professional manner.
