Description
The Piper PA-28 Warrior is a family of light aircraft built by Piper Aircraft & designed for flight training, air taxi, & personal use. It has a tough construction that a person can sit or lean or stand upon, indeed many disabled fliers are able to ‘bum shuffle’ their way from a wheelchair onto the wing & into the pilot’s seat as these are almost on a level.
This aircraft is fitted with a specially designed Turner hand control system.
The PA-28 family of aircraft are all-metal, unpressurized, single-engine, piston-powered airplanes with low-mounted wings & tricycle landing gear. They have a single door on the co-pilot side, which is entered by stepping on the wing.
