Drone Surveys
There are a number of surveys we can carry out with our extensive selection of drones. Here are just a few of our drone surveys.

Roof Inspection & Survey
The most common service we are asked for is roof inspections and surveys. We have a variety of drones from very small to extremely large. Our experienced pilots will take photos of your roof from angles that are not visible from the ground or from scaffolding. Our 4K Cameras combined with never before seen angles, give you the ultimate roof inspection without the need to hire any expensive equipment and increases safety as all of our drone pilots take off from the floor, there is no need to work from height. All of our images and video are delivered via secure URLs so that you can share the footage with any potential contractors or landlords. Our inspections are ideal for both domestic and commercial buildings.

If you want to give you inspection the next level treatment, you can have this turned into a written survey. Depending on your needs we can produce a survey that highlights every possible issue that requires further investigation along with pricing. We can also have a report from a RICS accredited surveyor which is ideal for insurance companies.

Window Surveys
Along with our roof inspections, we are also asked to undertake window surveys. Our methodology and equipment allow us to undertake premises that are extremely small, right up to the largest set of windows available. We’ve recently surveyed a building with over 800 windows that were over 2 meters high each. There is no window survey too big or too small that we cannot complete.

Not only do we cover inspections, we also have a large construction arm. With advanced geo positioning equipment and high quality cameras, we are able to map large and small areas. These maps are accurate to +- 2cm which allows you to take highly accurate measurements for everything from job pricing to land border disputes. Our equipment combined with advanced photogrammetry software also allows us to take measurements of volume. Whether it be stock piles or cut and fill measurements, we can get you accurate details a lot faster than any traditional methods. Thermal Imaging Surveys
Our thermal imaging surveys are completed using drones and handheld cameras to cover external walls, windows, roof and all internal elements that are external facing. The data is then collected and analysed by our qualified thermal experts, to produce a report for you to understand where you building has issues.

There are a large number of things we can see with a thermal imaging survey, these include, cold bridging, standing water, heat loss and many other aspects that can affect the efficiency of a building. Get your domestic or commercial property analysed and find faults that could be driving your heating bills through the roof. Thermal images tell no lies, however they do contain secrets normally hidden from the naked eye.
