SFX-12
SFX-12 is an industry-leading fractional program featuring Pilatus PC-12’s. Enjoy an entire fleet of the world’s safest, most capable turboprop that flies above all others in terms of resale value & efficiency. Fly the best ownership value in the sky.

SFX-Jet
SFX-Jet is absolutely unique in private flight: a fractional program encompassing light, midsize & super-midsize jets, plus access to SFX-12 as well. Fly a fleet of Citation CJ2’s, Citation Excel’s, Gulfstream G200’s, plus PC-12’s.

SFX+
SFX+ is a large-cabin fractional program featuring the gorgeous Gulfstream G450. SFX+ increases your size dramatically, adding all the options of SFX-Jet & SFX-12 to your quiver. Choose to fly any aircraft in the fleet to fit each mission.

Initial Investment
A one-time Initial Investment provides you annual flight utilization days with unlimited flight hours for a 3-year term. At the end of your program, SkyShare sells your aircraft & distributes all funds back to the owners. At any time, owners may opt-out of their program early.

Monthly Management Fee
Your Monthly Management Fee covers all fixed expenses, all scheduled & unscheduled maintenance, inspections, refurbishment, hull & liability insurance, hangers, owner service/ dispatch, records management, FAA compliance, etc., as well as professional pilots & one on-call pilot for every single flight you ever take in our program.

Hourly Rate
Your Hourly Rate* begins at engine start and ends at engine stop. Fully covered in the hourly rate are jet fuel*, all airframe and engine maintenance reserves, aircraft detailing, and light snacks and drinks aboard the aircraft.

SkyShare also offers all owners “One-Way” rates in addition to “Round-Trip” rates. This allows for the most dynamic pricing per your trip demands.

Incidental Costs
Per-trip with attached receipts showing your actual flight hard-costs billed in arrears the second week of the subsequent month. Your SkyOps flight operations team covers all the coordination, booking & paperwork for each and every trip you take.

Fractional Financing: An Aviation Industry 1st
Fractional Ownership already massively lowers the barrier to entry for private flight by cutting costs by as much as 1/16 versus full-ownership, while still providing you guaranteed availability & a low-commitment 3-year term. Under SkyShare’s new financing plan, potential owners may now lower that barrier to entry even further.

SkyShare’s innovative financing still allows fractional owners to take full advantage of bonus depreciation benefits on their taxes while keeping more liquidity for other investments and/or their business needs.
