Static Banner Requirements
- Accepted Formats: .JPG, .PNG or static .GIF.
- Legibility: Text must be clear and legible. We recommend a minimum font size of 10pt.
- Borders: Banners with white or very light backgrounds must include a 1-pixel dark border to distinguish the ad from site content.
Animated GIF Requirements
Safety Rule: To prevent flickering and ensure accessibility, each scene must remain static for at least 4 seconds.
- Format: .GIF only.
- Looping: Maximum of 3 loops per impression.
- Final State: The animation must end on a static frame containing the brand logo and a clear Call to Action (CTA).
- Accessibility: No rapid flashing, strobe effects or high-frequency transitions are permitted.
Ad Refresh & Swap Policy
Your annual placement includes regular creative updates so your message stays relevant:
- Included Swaps: four creative refreshes per year (one per quarter), made on request.
- Additional Swaps: any updates beyond the quarterly allowance carry an administrative fee of $25 per swap.
- Lead Time: please allow 3 to 5 business days for new creative to be checked and put live.
