- Strictly Static: no animation, flickering or scene transitions. GIF files with multiple frames will be rejected.
- Accepted Formats: .JPG, .PNG or high-quality static .GIF.
- Maximum File Size: 50 KB, to keep pages loading quickly.
- Border Requirement: banners with white or light-coloured backgrounds must include a 1-pixel dark border.
- Legibility: keep text short and make sure your call to action is clearly readable at this height.
- Safety: no deceptive “X” buttons, mock notifications or fake system alerts.
Ad Refresh & Swap Policy
Your annual placement includes regular creative updates so your message stays relevant:
- Included Swaps: four creative refreshes per year (one per quarter), made on request.
- Additional Swaps: any updates beyond the quarterly allowance carry an administrative fee of $25 per swap.
- Lead Time: please allow 3 to 5 business days for new creative to be checked and put live.
Note: banners that do not meet these exact dimensions, or that contain any motion, will not be approved for header placement.
