We are a medium-sized light aircraft construction company based in Hohentengen, Upper Swabia in South West Germany.

Now in the second generation of entrepreneurs, we have been developing & producing high-quality sports aircraft under the IKARUS brand for 50 years. We continue to stand firmly behind Germany as our production location.

Our bestseller, the IKARUS C42 with more than 1,500 units sold in many countries around the world, is in use in a wide variety of configurations as a tourer, towing plane, trainer, float plane, surveillance or crop-spraying aircraft.

Through constant further development & continuous quality control, we ensure the long-term production of a microlight aircraft at the highest technical level.

Our incentive is to deliver the highest quality & safety & to win the satisfaction of our customers. This also applies to our Service Centres & Technical Bases with whom we work closely. Through regular training courses at our factory & at Rotax, as well as intensive exchange of information, our Service Centres & Technical Bases are always up to date. We are represented throughout Germany with 18 Service Centres & Technical Bases, which means that you can take advantage of maintenance, hourly checks, spare parts orders & expert repairs in your vicinity. Hence you always have an efficient & reliable partner on site.
