AIRCRAFT FERRYING
Julian Storey Aviation offers a professional aircraft ferrying service and is able to deliver almost any aircraft from light piston singles and twins through to turbo prop and business jet aircraft from and to just about anywhere in the world.

We have numerous references available on request. We are able to supply all of our own safety equipment, can arrange for the installation of ferry tanks (if required) in the USA and their removal on arrival in the UK.

Prior to purchase, we can arrange for one of the experienced UK or US based FAA qualified engineers with whom we have a close working relationship, to undertake a full pre-purchase inspection of your potential aircraft on your behalf.
Our pilots provide clients with daily update reports as a ferry trip progresses and for a small additional charge your aircraft can be equipped with a ‘Spider Tracker’ so that you can be sure of the whereabouts of your aircraft for the entire duration of its journey.
All of our ferry pilots hold an Airline Transport Pilots licence, have worldwide experience and are amongst the very best in the business.

AIRCRAFT MANAGEMENT
Airport queues can become a thing of the past when you have a private aircraft. Your flight leaves at a time of YOUR choosing and brings you safely home again as soon as your business meeting has finished.

Of course there is no need to ‘check in’ at the airport hours before your flight leaves. Typically, you can be airborne within a few minutes of arriving at the airport and on your return, you avoid the queues of holiday makers fighting their way through passport control.

Whereas time spent on an airline flight is largely unproductive, a private aircraft is a great place to do business on the move. Most can be equipped with satellite phones, internet and fax so you can be as productive in the sky as you are in your office.

If your time is money or if you place a value on convenience, then a private aircraft could well be the move you need to make to get you ahead of the competition.

AIRCRAFT ACQUISITIONS
Buying an aircraft has the potential to be a minefield, but with the right advice, it absolutely doesn’t need to be.

We can help you choose the right type of aircraft to match your needs and then help you find the best possible example of that type, at the best possible price.

Once an aircraft has been identified, we have engineers based in both Europe and in North America who can undertake a ‘pre purchase’ inspection, which would include an in depth analysis of its current maintenance status, its maintenance history and also whether it has ever sustained accident damage.

When the decision has been made to purchase, we can advise on the most suitable state of registry to operate under (this will of course depend upon your particular circumstances) and advise you of your options with regard to importation, if the aircraft is not currently based in the European Union.

Finally, we can involve an aviation tax specialist who will help you ensure that you operate your new aircraft in the most tax efficient way allowed by the regulations in the jurisdiction in which the aircraft is to be based.
