The owner limited company is an independent, profit-oriented company & therefore entitled to deduct input tax. Thus you save the value added tax with the aircraft purchase. Depreciation can result in further tax interesting possibilities, which we will be happy to explain in a personal offer.

Furthermore, it pays off that your capacity as investor in the ownership company is legally & fiscally completely separate from you in your capacity as pilot. You are therefore the tenant of your own aircraft & benefit equally from the advantages of renting & owning. You receive a full cost accounting for each flight & can thus separate private flights from business use.

Good To Know
If you choose, WeFly will rent out your aircraft to suitably qualified pilots, providing further income for the company. WeFly will organize everything necessary in this case as well.

Of course, it is possible to take on new owners at any time & generate a legally secure owners’ association from sole ownership.

Financial Aspects
On behalf of one or more owners, Wefly establishes an owner company in the form of a GmbH & Co. KG. The interested party or parties join this company as limited partners. The amount of the participation in this company corresponds to the aircraft share that the respective interested party wishes to acquire. The management & thus the administrative work in this GmbH & Co. KG is taken over by AeroOps GmbH as general partner & thus as personally liable shareholder. AeroOps GmbH performs the general partner function in all owner KGs in the WeFly concept, thus saving costs and time. As a limited partner, you are considered an investor. This function is legally & fiscally completely separate from your role as pilot. You are therefore the lessee of your own aircraft & thus benefit equally from the advantages of renting & owning.
