On a recent Saturday, Pilots To The Rescue Top Dog Pilot Michael Schneider & co-pilot Daniel Baumel flew 850 miles round-trip to save 33 cats & kittens, including seven mini-panthers pictured below.
They met their feline passengers in Southern Pines, North Carolina:
12 kitties from Paws & Love Inc, a small non-profit cat rescue in Washington, North Carolina
5 from the Humane Society of Dillon County in South Carolina
16 from our friends at Carolina Cat Rescue in Raleigh, North Carolina, who helped organize the effort.
All were originally strays, lost or unwanted & all needed the safety & comfort a loving home provides. All 33 safely made the trip to Danbury, Connecticut where they were transferred into the care of Cat Tales Rescue & Happy Tails Pet Rescue.

On a recent Saturday, Pilots To The Rescue Top Dog Pilot Michael Schneider & co-pilot Daniel Baumel flew 850 miles round-trip to save 33 cats & kittens, including seven mini-panthers pictured below.
All were originally strays, lost or unwanted & all needed the safety & comfort a loving home provides. All 33 safely made the trip to Danbury, Connecticut where they were transferred into the care of Cat Tales Rescue & Happy Tails Pet Rescue.
