The A320 Simulator
The simulator is an exact replica of a real Airbus A320 cockpit.

Genuine Airbus sidesticks are fitted. This is an essential part of replicating the “feel” of the real aircraft.

Systems operation and flight dynamics are faithfully reproduced using original Airbus system architecture. This together with a 220 degree wrap around HD visual system provide for an unrivalled and truly unique experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONS


GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for any other service or value.

Flight can be upgraded to a higher package at the time of booking.

You can cancel your gift voucher up to 30 days from the date of purchase. An administrative fee of 10% of the voucher cost will be applicable.


GIFT VOUCHER POSTAGE

All gift vouchers will be posted out First Class using Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7 days after purchasing a voucher for delivery. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. Simulator Adventures (IOLAIR Aviation Services Ltd) cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or delayed due to a failure of Royal Mail.


VOUCHER EXPIRY DATE

Gift Vouchers sessions must be booked and completed within 12 months of purchase. Beyond this date the voucher will cease to be valid.


RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION

As the simulator is a replica of a real aircraft cockpit space is restricted. A degree of mobility is required to access the simulator and in particular the pilot seat. Flight simulator experiences may not be suitable for some people. Please check with us at the time of booking if you have any questions.


All participants must:

Be supervised by an adult if under the age of 16;

Be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems.

Motion sickness or other conditions could be aggravated by the simulator.

Be dressed appropriately in comfortable clothing and flat shoes;

Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.


WEIGHT, AGE & HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

This is a full motion flight simulator.  For safety reasons we have an absolute maximum weight limit of 120Kg per person (18Stone 12lbs).

​

Also, as this is a complex machine which requires a degree of concentration to operate there is a minimum age requirement of 13 years.


A minimum height requirement of 152cm (5 Feet). This is to ensure that all the flight controls and switches can be reached.

PRICES

Prices shown on other advertising media may differ from prices on the website.


GUESTS

Up to two additional guests can be accommodated in the simulator.


CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING A BOOKING

Participants must give 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change the booking.


SIMULATOR AVAILABILITY

If the simulator is unavailable to due to circumstances beyond our control we will do our upmost to rebook participants on another day.


LATE ARRIVAL

In the event of a late arrival, the length of the simulator session may have to be reduced. In this case, Simulator Adventures (IOLAIR Aviation Services Ltd) will not be held responsible for this reduction in time and no refund for can be made.



TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS.

In the event of a technical malfunction or other event that significantly degrades the quality of the simulation then we will offer to rebook for another time. In any case, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the original booking.


By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you acknowledge that the simulator session is dependent on certain factors beyond the control of Simulator Adventures (IOLAIR Aviation Services Ltd) and agree that Simulator Adventures (IOLAIR Aviation Services Ltd) shall not be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any simulator session for reasons beyond our reasonable control including problems with infrastructure, mechanical failure, or otherwise. The total liability of Simulator Adventures (IOLAIR Aviation Services Ltd) for any claim whatsoever in connection with the simulator session shall be limited to the price paid for the flight booking/gift voucher.


COMPLAINTS

We welcome your feedback and take complaints seriously. Please bring to our attention any problems you encounter as soon as possible. We will do our very best to put matters right. If your problem is not resolved on the day, please contact our Customer Service department, stating your voucher reference, participant name and all booking details, and we will be happy to look in to the matter.


CAR PARK

Simulator Adventures (IOLAIR Aviation Services Ltd) shall not be held liable for any accident, loss or theft from the car park.


CONTRACT

By making any bookings or purchase from Simulator Adventures (IOLAIR Aviation Services Ltd) you hereby agree to abide by the rules, regulations and terms as previously stated.
