The Aero Club of Rieti “Alberto Bianchetti” is an Amateur Sports Association federated to the Aero Club of Italy that operates on the airport “G. Ciuffelli” of Rieti, it is possible to practice gliding, both aimed at obtaining the glider pilot license thanks to our School, both cross country but also make test flights with an instructor on board to experience the thrill of silent flight. Thanks to our Gliding Acrobatic Centre you can also learn how to perform glider acrobatics. The splendid weather conditions make Rieti not only Italian but international centre for gliding & allow you to make beautiful flights away.
For those who love motor flight, it offers the opportunity to make an exciting test ride on our wonderful Valle Santa, up to see from above the Marmore waterfalls, the highest in Europe & then, perhaps, enrol to attend the course for obtaining the private aircraft pilot license at our school.
