OUR HISTORY
Egmont Aviation team members had 10+ years of experience in the field of aircraft & helicopters pilots training, engineering & technical personnel training according to ICAO standards, as well as experience in aircraft supply to the markets of CIS countries.
Realizing the imperfection of the aviation legislative system in the CIS countries & the uncompetitiveness of local national licenses, it was decided to expand business activities to the territory of the European Union.
EASA pilot licenses are the most popular & recognized all over the world. Pilots wishing to get a job with European airlines must be the holder of a European EASA license.
In 2015, we worked out flight crew training programs according to EASA standards. In this regard, it was decided to expand opportunities & competitive advantage & to enter the European market in 2018.
Egmont Aviation was founded in the Republic of Slovenia in 2019 & based at International Airport Edvard Rusjan Maribor (LJMB, MBX). The founders succeeded to create effective multinational team highly experienced in both EU countries & CIS countries markets. This allowed us to start developing a partner network in EU, CIS countries, the Middle & Far East in the field of aircraft pilot training & sales of aviation technology.
We are one of the major Exclusive Distributors of the Austrian aircraft manufacturer Diamond Aircraft, their MPP special program & the Czech aircraft manufacturer JMB.
Furthermore, we have also expanded our efforts to the field of upgrading aircraft & helicopters for special mission purposes, as well as the design, construction & production of own aircraft brand, which has become our flagship focus.
Currently the business covers the entire sales cycle, from pilot training to the sale of aircraft, both training models & advanced jet aircraft in the civil sector, as well as the supply of aircraft for special purposes of state institutions.

Flight Training
