MWfly

MWfly are an Aviation Engine Manufacturer based in Milan, Italy.

MWfly was established in 2012 for the marketing of a piston engine of its own design. The MWfly engine project started nine years earlier in 2003, & in the period from 2003 to 2012 more than 2000 hours of bench tests, 400 hours of ground tests & over 1200 hours of flight tests were carried out. The MWfly engine was born from the genius of Eng. Fantini & stands out for its compactness, its innovative solutions & for the attention to detail typical of the Italian style. Today the engine is produced in 16 different configurations & is the most efficient piston engine designed for aviation. Since 2016 the engine complies with ASTM F2339-06 & starting in 2021 MWfly has obtained the DO certification. We have the right engine for every type of installation: aircraft (single-engine or twin-engine), STOL, helicopter, gyrocopter, hang glider, seaplane & drone.

Technology completely made in Italy. A project in continuous evolution, which puts passion for engines & flight first. MWfly follows all the design & manufacturing processes, it is therefore able to create customized solutions for any type of aircraft. All engines are available with clockwise or anticlockwise rotation, both in the tractor configuration & in the pushing configuration. We have the right engine for every type of installation – aircraft (single-engine or twin-engine), STOL, helicopter, gyrocopter, hang glider, seaplane & drone. Pilots
MWfly offers a preliminary test flight, quality pre & post sales service, continuous training & the opportunity to visit the facility, participate in the assembly of the engine, & verify its qualities on the test bench. We invite pilots to share their passions, their flying experiences, to participate in flight rallies & to be our best ambassadors.

Mechanics
MWfly offers the opportunity to follow training courses in order to obtain an authorised mechanic certificate, the opportunity to participate in refresher courses both on-site & on-line, & continuous coaching in the performance of their professional activities. You too can become an official MWfly Mechanic!

MWfly offers quality service, compliance with deadlines, support for all technical & engineering aspects, training courses & technical updates. We support companies in the preliminary test phases & has the skills to customise the engine according to the needs of the customer.

MWFLY has consolidated various experiences with companies in the start-up phase by providing a team made up of young & dynamic people, highly qualified & with specific sector skills, driven by a constant desire for innovation & discovery.
