✈ Raytheon formed Raytheon Aircraft Company in 1994 by combining Beech Aircraft with the Hawker business jet line acquired from British Aerospace in 1993. Buyers will often see “Raytheon Aircraft Company” or “RAC” noted on dataplates and in logbooks, which helps confirm provenance during pre-buy.
