Services

Do you have an object for which you lack the 3D data?
Let us bring this item to the digital world!
Using different devices we can scan it for reverse engineering.

For thin-walled & elastic models with an extremely precise printing process, high dimensional accuracy & 2 different Shore hardnesses

By using endless rovings made of carbon, glass, Kevlar or high-temperature fibres in the same printing process, the stability of aluminium, for example, can be created. The basic properties of PA6 CFRP are supplemented in this way.

Due to the 15% proportion of CFRP short fibres, the material is extremely light & resistant. Various materials are available: PA 6 FR with flame-retardant properties & PA 6 ESD static dissipative material (ESD safety requirements are met). Alternatively, we offer PA6 Nylon White without CFRP short fibres.

With a very precise printing process, objects are created with the technical material properties of conventional acrylic urethane: heat resistance, resistance to water, benzene, oils & acids.

re-engineering
The first step here is a service in the field of 3D construction.
An existing CAD construction file that was previously produced in conventional manufacturing, e.g. machining on a CNC machine (model or file), is redesigned & calculated.
The focus here is on the use of additive manufacturing. The aim is to increase strength, reduce weight & reduce production time in production by optimising the topology.
Completely new possibilities for industrial 3D printing in single & small series production are emerging. Obvious advantages are lower production & storage costs for the client.

reverse engineering
Converting the reverse development of an existing construction or component, which previously only existed on paper or as a single piece, into a 3D file format.

The first step in digitization is started with optical measurement (scan), so that a digital model is created from a finished product.

An optimization for additive manufacturing is then carried out, change requests can be taken into account here immediately. The result can be checked in 3D printing.

Spare parts that are no longer available can be produced inexpensively using this method, even in small quantities. Quick & cheap review of the design files are possible.

rapid prototyping
The data coming from the design can be produced quickly & cheaply using the 3D printing process for test purposes.

Installation spaces & component collisions can thus be checked quickly.

Significant savings in conventional development costs through consistent digitization & the associated time savings, which can be achieved through the possibilities of rapid prototyping, hold enormous potential in the development process.
