AVAILABLE LEASE TYPES

ACMI
A great option for sudden capacity shortfalls or when an aircraft goes unavailable. The lessor provides the Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance provisions, & aircraft Insurance, & retains operational control of the aircraft.

Operating Lease
The Aircraft is leased for a fixed monthly rate, with an agreed upon maximum number of hours flown per month (with additional hours typically charged at a defined hourly rate). The lease rate excludes all operating & variable costs & there is usually an additional hourly maintenance reserve charge.

Finance Lease
A finance lease usually derives from a bank or finance house, which supplies the aircraft under the stipulation that operational control falls to a specified operating party—like ACASS. The operating party crews, maintains, & insures the aircraft at the lessee’s cost.
