Patient medical record
Treating hospital or doctor contact information
Receiving hospital or doctor contact information

Once we receive this information, we will organize the fastest medical transfers based on a bed to bed service. Our team is available 24 hours a day for contact with family & the medical team.

Air Medical Transportation
Our primary service is on fixed wing, long-distance private air ambulance aircraft. These aircraft are configured as an ambulance with a lay-flat bed on board the plane. Each aircraft is equipped with medical equipment & oxygen. A doctor & nurse or other certified medical attendant accompanies the patient during the flight. These are private flights – there are no other patients on board other than your loved ones.

Many patients utilize a medical flight when they are relocating closer to family members as a result of their inability to live independently. We are able to provide bedside to bedside service with ground transportation as well. Some patients need to relocate to facilities that offer greater medical specialties than the ones they receive locally. Each medical flight we arrange is customized to the individual’s specific medical needs.

Repatriation
Sometimes emergencies happen when we are travelling abroad. Our team will locate an aircraft for the patient & coordinate the proper medical team so they can be repatriated home where they can receive care close to home & their loved ones. If the need arises, our staff is ready to explain air ambulance options & help you determine the most appropriate & affordable course of action. When necessary, we can arrange ground transportation from the patient’s location to the airport & after their flight, from the airport to the hospital or medical facility of their choosing.
