I have worked in the Property Industry for over 25 years now and can offer a wide range of services and advice when it comes to moving home.

I fly the latest technology incorporating a 4k camera system. Safety is paramount when it comes to aerial work so my UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) has built in GPS which enables it to fly back home to its take off position, land and switch off its motors all automatically with no input from myself. The controller receives a direct feed from the camera so we can see exactly what we want to photograph as well as full telemetry information such as airspeed and altitude.

I am fully qualified and licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority and fully insured for aerial work.

As well as the photography service I also offer a range of other professional property services.

WHAT I OFFER?
I offer a wide range of property-related services as listed below. With my Aerial Photos and Videos I use a drone which I am fully licensed to fly capturing stunning images with a 4k lens.

ELEVATED PHOTOGRAPHY
My Elevated Photography service enables me to work in built up areas where flying a UAV would be dangerous and illegal. I use a 42 foot photographic mast with an 18mp camera secured to the top. I communicate with the camera through a wifi network and am able to get set up and ready to shoot within just 2 minutes.

AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
For larger rural properties I use my Q500 Typhoon UAV which enables me to photograph and video up to a maximum altitude of 400 feet. The camera shoots in 4k high definition at up to 120fps.

LEGIONELLA ASSESSMENTS
All Rented properties now legally require a Legionella Assessment. This is a service that I offer either as a standalone survey or I can combine with my other services at a discounted rate.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPC)
Since 2008 all properties being sold or rented have to have an EPC. I will carry out a survey on the property to enable me to rate it for its energy efficiency. At the same time the floorplans are drawn electronically onto my iPad and photos taken if required.
