Volunteer Roles

Regional Co-Ordinators
Do you have management experience & feel that you would be able to lead a team of volunteers in your region, building relationships with them & managing workloads? If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please contact us for more information.

Speakers
Good communication skills are vital for this role, as you come face to face with many different groups. You will be sharing MAF’s amazing adventures & will inspire churches & groups as well as providing updates on our latest exciting developments.

Church Representatives
If you would like to increase MAF’s presence at your church, then why not become a church representative? We will send you regular resources which will allow you to update your congregation on MAF’s latest news. You would become our ambassador in your church & the go-to person for all things relating to MAF.

Prayer Group Leaders
If you have a passion for praying for the work of MAF, you could become a prayer group leader. You can hold the group at home or church & we’ll let our supporters know about it. Prayer is vital to the success of our operations & we are so grateful for all our supporters that pray for us.

Fundraisers
Do you have a gift that you could use to fundraise for MAF? Perhaps you make & sell greeting cards, are musically gifted & would consider putting on a concert for MAF or perhaps you like cycling & would consider doing a sponsored cycle ride for MAF? If you have some creative ideas of how to raise funds for MAF & have fun at the same time then we would love you to join our team of Fundraisers across the UK. You will receive support & resources for your Event/Fundraiser from our Community Fundraising Team.

Volunteer Overseas
We are always on the lookout for individuals with specific skills who are interested in volunteering overseas. This may be in teaching, building maintenance or construction, civil engineering, or a multitude of other roles. If you have specialised skills that you think we could use please register below & we will get in touch. (Volunteering opportunities are usually for a minimum of three months)

Event Volunteers
Love festivals & passionate about spreading God’s love across the world? We are looking for enthusiastic people to join the ‘Cabin Crew’ at some of our favourite events.
