Women in Corporate Aviation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is a group of aviation professionals, including flight department personnel, FBO managers, writers, students, training center professional & many others who work together to promote opportunities for women in aviation. From our first meeting at the Women in Aviation Conference 1993 to our growing organization today, we have networked & promoted career opportunities in business aviation. We are mentors & role models to the next generation of aviation professionals.
Our Mission
Women in Corporate Aviation’s (WCA) mission is to be the premier association for both women & men alike in corporate & business aviation. Our main goal is to shatter the proverbial glass ceiling & promote diversity & equality in the industry.
Services
WCA will introduce corporate aviation opportunities & create diversity in the industry by providing event networking opportunities, scholarship information, online interaction & mentoring to future professionals. We want to be role models & continue paving the way for the next generation. And we believe that by educating & fostering a strong network of diverse, passionate & dedicated individuals in the industry, we can encourage women & many others who are underrepresented to pursue careers & other business opportunities in the field.
