Job Vacancy: Ground Handler/ Ramp Agent / Aircraft Handler

What we are looking for:

Farnborough Airport Limited is looking to recruit a Ground Handler to work as part of the larger Ground Handling function & report into the Ground Handling Manager

About the role:

Within this role you will work as part of a team to:

• Marshalling arriving aircraft
• Aircraft pushback & towing.
• Aircraft manoeuvring in & out of hangars.
• Aircraft refuelling & aviation fuel quality control activities.
• Servicing of aircraft with toilet, water, fuel & baggage handling & positioning of ground equipment.
• Aircraft de-icing & de-icing quality control activities.
• Assist in conditions of adverse weather.

About you: Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience of working around aircraft, ideally in a ground handling/ramp agent capacity
• Flexible in approach & able to work across a variety of shift patterns
• Full UK driving license holder
• Must be able to meet CRC security clearance requirements

Desirable

• Knowledge of aircraft re-fuelling
• Understanding of airside safety requirements
• An understanding of airside safety requirements
