Is The Highest Offer The Best Offer?

Getting multiple offers in a short timeframe sounds great, doesn’t it? Trouble is, how do you know which offer is the best, or if you should entertain any of them?

Know why the closure rate between individual buyers and sellers is so low?:

– The buyer was never qualified to begin with (and the seller neglected to ask the right questions).
– The buyer was never interested in your plane. They were just using it as leverage in negotiations on the plane they really wanted.
– The buyer expects you to fix nearly everything identified during the pre-purchase inspection. In other words, they want you to turn your used airplane into a new one.
– The buyer (or partner, spouse, etc.) gets cold feet…after you’ve told other buyers the plane is sold.
– You get “happy ears” and only hear what you want to hear from the buyer and ignore the signs that indicate this deal is going nowhere.

After all of this is over, how much time, effort, and opportunity have you wasted? How much focus has been lost?

We work with owner/operators who understand the value of their time and don’t want it wasted on unproductive sales efforts. They don’t want to talk to every tire-kicker that calls. They don’t want to be nickel-and-dimed over inspections. They just want to have confidence in the outcome of the sale.
