Grob 109 Able LogoAs the ultimate specialists in displaying Grob109b’s around the world we are proud to support Aerobility with their Project Able initiative.

We look forward to creating some exciting projects in support

Project Able is a charitable endeavour which is returning a number of Grob109b’s retired training & recreational aircraft to flight.

Grob 109b motor gliders used to train thousands of Air Cadets are being modernised & getting a new lease of life.

A number of the aircraft are being adapted to enable disabled people to fly them, as part of Aerobility’s continued development.

Aerobility is a charity that, through exposure to aviation, seeks to improve the lives of people with all kinds of disabilities including physical impairments, learning difficulties, mental health conditions & sensory impairments Aerobility has acquired the decommissioned Vigilant Motor Glider fleet from the UK Ministry of Defence.

This project will allow Aerobility to exp& its operation & enhance about 1,600 more lives every year from its headquarters at Blackbushe Airport in Hampshire & Tatenhill in Staffordshire, as well as supporting expansion to additional locations throughout the UK.

The aircraft which aren’t used by Aerobility themselves will be refurbished & sold to generate revenue for the charity, in order to pay for progressive refurbishments & the ongoing running costs of their operational aircraft.
