BAE Jetstream 32 for sale on AvPay. rear view

The BAE Jetstream 32 is a twin-engine turboprop aircraft developed by British Aerospace (BAE) and later produced by BAE Systems Regional Aircraft. The Jetstream 32 is a development of the earlier Jetstream 31 aircraft, featuring an extended fuselage and increased seating capacity. The aircraft typically accommodates 19 passengers in a standard configuration, arranged in a single aisle with four seats on each side. The Jetstream 32 has a cruising speed of around 250 knots (288 mph or 463 km/h) and a maximum range of approximately 940 nautical miles (1,080 miles or 1,740 kilometres). It is equipped with two Honeywell TPE331 turboprop engines, each producing around 1,500 shaft horsepower. These engines provide the aircraft with reliable and efficient performance. The Jetstream 32 is designed for operations from airports with short runways, enabling it to serve regional and remote destinations with limited infrastructure. It is well-suited for various roles, including regional airline operations, corporate transport, cargo transport, air ambulance services, and government/military operations. The Jetstream 32 features a modern avionics suite, including digital flight displays, autopilot, weather radar, and other navigation and communication systems. The aircraft is designed with noise reduction features, including advanced propellers and soundproofing materials, to minimize noise levels both inside and outside the cabin. The Jetstream 32 has a pressurized cabin, providing a more comfortable flying experience for passengers and allowing it to operate at higher altitudes to avoid weather systems. The Jetstream 32 was succeeded by the BAE Jetstream 41, which featured further improvements and increased seating capacity. The Jetstream 32 has been operated by various airlines, regional carriers, corporate flight departments, and government organizations worldwide. The production of the Jetstream 32 began in the late 1980s and continued until the early 1990s. While no longer in production, many Jetstream 32 aircraft remain in active service today.
