Simply call us to purchase by credit or debit card & then, once you’ve received your voucher in the post, contact us again to arrange a date & time that suits you – but please be aware that we can’t control the British weather & occasionally have to reschedule bookings at short notice in the interests of comfort & safety.
Your trial lesson begins with a short briefing from one of our highly experienced instructors. This will cover all you need to know about basic aerodynamics & the controls & instruments you’ll encounter in the aeroplane. You will then go out to the aircraft & have the opportunity to assist with start up, taxying & take-off. You may also have ‘hands on’ control for most of the flight should you wish to. If you decide to continue your flying training & work towards a PPL or LAPL private pilot’s licence, your time in the air during your trial lesson will count towards the total hours of flying required to complete the course – & will be the very first entry in your brand new pilot’s logbook.
