- The PTC Jet Orientation Course has been designed by experienced Airline Training professionals & uses state-of-the-art Airbus A320 simulation technology to develop the additional competencies required before any meaningful attempt can be made at a jet Type Rating.
- Our Jet Orientation Course focusses on:
- Flight path management competency, including energy management, as Pilot Flying (PF), & associated active monitoring skills as Pilot Monitoring (PM).
- Manufacturer & airline procedures which are used to develop understanding of the aeroplane flight envelope, inertia & the relationship between thrust & attitude.
- An introduction to upset prevention & recovery (UPRT), which builds confidence, skill, & resilience.
