Scale Model Exhibition: Sun 13th Feb 2022

The Shuttleworth Scale Model Exhibition is returning & you are cordially invited to attend our twelfth annual event after a break away in 2020.

Event Information

The event will follow a similar format to previous years with a number of model exhibitors & trade stands located in the engineering hangar, which is heated & well ventilated.

There will be a number of competitions featuring 5 categories:

Best 1/72nd & smaller;

Best 1/48th & smaller;

Best over 1/48th;

A special category for Best Model made by a person aged under 16;

The John Morris Memorial Trophy awarded to the best model in the show as decided by the organising committee.

Ticket price includes entry to the whole visitor attraction; the Collection, the Swiss Garden, Lakeside Parkland, Shurubbery & Woodland Walk. However, please note Shuttleworth House is not included.

Refreshments are available on the day from our excellent Runway Café.

Whilst we will do our very best to feature aircraft, vehicles & exhibits, this may change subject to workflow, serviceability, weather & Covid-19 regulations & precautions.

Tickets on the day will be sold subject to availability, & at the same rate as the online advance ticket price.

Exhibitors

If you are a club or society & would like to apply to exhibit, please download the exhibitor information & booking form through our website

Space is limited & will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please return your booking form ASAP & no later than 21st January 2022. We regret we can only allow two free entry passes per club, however additional tickets can be purchased in advance of the event via the links on the right.

Traders

Early Bird trade spaces are 6ft x 6ft pitch at a cost of £25 per pitch until 31st December 2021.

From 1st January 2022, the price will increase to £45 per 6ft x 6ft pitch.

Tables are not provided but can be pre-booked if needed at an additional cost per table.

Space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please return your booking form ASAP.

Deadline for trader applications is 21st January 2022.
