MWfly are an Aviation Engine Manufacturer based in Milan, Italy.
MWfly was established in 2012 for the marketing of a piston engine of its own design. The MWfly engine project started nine years earlier in 2003, & in the period from 2003 to 2012 more than 2000 hours of bench tests, 400 hours of ground tests & over 1200 hours of flight tests were carried out. The MWfly engine was born from the genius of Eng. Fantini & stands out for its compactness, its innovative solutions & for the attention to detail typical of the Italian style. Today the engine is produced in 16 different configurations & is the most efficient piston engine designed for aviation. Since 2016 the engine complies with ASTM F2339-06 & starting in 2021 MWfly has obtained the DO certification. We have the right engine for every type of installation: aircraft (single-engine or twin-engine), STOL, helicopter, gyrocopter, hang glider, seaplane & drone.

MWfly offers the opportunity to follow training courses in order to obtain an authorised mechanic certificate, the opportunity to participate in refresher courses both on-site & on-line, & continuous coaching in the performance of their professional activities.
