The DA20 Diamond Evolution and Diamond Eclipse are modern two seater aircraft used for basic pilot training by flight schools around the world, including the US Air Force. They are more performant than the widely-used Cessna 152 and have features such as a brisk injected engine, an electric trim, Garmin GNS 430 radio and GPS, and have an almost unrestricted view from the canopy. The only difference between the Evolution and Eclipse is that the latter has rear windows. Despite their similar looks, the DA20 C1s boast much more horsepower than their little brother DA20 A1 Katana.
