Having met at the age of 11 years old at the Santa Monica Airport as cadets in the Civil Air Patrol, the two subsequently grew jetAVIVA into the #1 light jet sales company in the world.

As a pioneer in the owner/flown light jet business, jetAVIVA has helped thousands of people enter the world of jet ownership.

In 2016, jetAVIVA acquired Kansas Aircraft Corporation, a sales leader in high-performance general aviation aircraft.

In 2017, jetAVIVA acquired Jet Quest Inc, an aircraft sales & acquisition firm specializing in the Cessna Citation family.

Acquisition Services
jetAVIVA’s three phase approach to finding your perfect aircraft involves:

Phase One: Research & Selection
We analyse all opportunities, both “on” & “off” market, to ensure we know of every possible aircraft available to purchase. We utilize our invaluable internal contact databases of brokers & industry professionals, & supplement this by reaching out directly to all owners of the subject aircraft model via telephone, direct mail, & e-mail.

Phase Two: Document Preparation, Inspection, & Closing
First, we conduct our due diligence to ensure all the necessary documentation is prepared & in place for closing. We ensure the title is clean & there are no local, federal, or international title concerns. Our in-house counsel creates the necessary purchase agreement documents, bills of sale, & any regulatory filings. As our client, you are entitled to discussions with our counsel to discuss tax strategy & ownership structuring…at no additional cost. We then proceed with the pre-purchase inspections. Our in-depth knowledge of each model ensures all the necessary inspections are being completed & that no stone is left unturned. Then on to closing.

Phase Three: Standing Up Flight Operations
Unlike most brokerage firms, our services extend far beyond the closing of the sale. The most important, & often overlooked aspect of purchasing a turbine aircraft is entry into service. We will guide you through every step, from complete pilot/crew training to proper establishment of ownership entity, & RVSM to hangar & airport leases.

Our flight training solutions allow you to train & build time in your own aircraft with our instructors. We have worked with insurance underwriters to create a program that fits flexible schedules. You train at your pace & in the comfort of your home airport & aircraft.

Fees: One flat-rate for comprehensive coverage
Our Acquisition Service fee is payable only at the successful closing of your aircraft sale. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with jetAVIVA’s service, you owe us nothing.

Brokerage Services
jetAVIVA’s three phase approach to selling in an efficient & timely manner involves:

Phase 1: Research & Valuation
We supplement our internal market knowledge & transaction information with any other recent transactions of comparable aircraft. We will come visit you & your aircraft if more detailed analysis is necessary. We determine an expected selling price by providing a detailed summary of all our findings.

Phase 2: Execute Marketing Campaign
This is where the heavy-lifting takes place. We have our professional photographer come to the aircraft to collect photos & videos, all of which are professionally edited & presented in custom-created brochures. In addition to traditional website advertising, we publish our inventory in various print publications. We also utilize mass-email techniques to proprietary databases of buyers, brokers, & various industry contacts. Simply put, if anyone is looking for an aircraft model that you have, they will find yours.

Phase 3: Contract Negotiations, Inspections, & Closing
Once we identify a qualified lead, we negotiate on your behalf & create necessary deal documents, from Letters of Intent to the Purchase Agreement & acceptance documents. We coordinate inspections & suggest best facilities use, based on our relationships & knowledge of each facility’s work. Depending on situation & aircraft location, we have our on-staff pilots reposition the aircraft for inspections. We will open & manage all escrow accounts & activities. We have exclusive arrangements with our escrow provider, Aero-Space Reports, which allows us to offer you discounted escrow pricing.

Jet Acceptance Service
jetAVIVA will provide you with the most perfect jet possible. We have over 200 light jet aircraft acceptance inspections completed & have a proven thorough process to provide you with the greatest possible peace of mind.

The acceptance process is broken up into five parts:

1. Pre-delivery
There can be hundreds of steps a future owner has to take prior to taking delivery of his or her jet. From signing up for post-delivery product support programs to coordinating with the FAA to ensure Reduced Vertical Separation Minima (RVSM) approval is in place prior to delivery, jetAVIVA can help. You don’t have to go down this path alone. We’ve helped hundreds of owners transition to their new jets & can help you avoid both the common & not so common pitfalls.

2. Delivery day flight test
The delivery day flight test will be completed by one of jetAVIVA’s expert test pilots. All of our test pilots hold extensive engineering & technical backgrounds. The typical jetAVIVA acceptance test flight is comprised of approximately 16 pages of checklist items. The flight is broken up into systems evaluation, handling qualities, & performance validation components.

3. Aircraft performance validation
One of the most important parts of the acceptance flight is to ensure that the Client’s jet is doing everything it has been advertised to do. During your acceptance flight, your jetAVIVA test pilot will use a methodical series of tests to verify that your jet meets or exceeds aircraft performance as listed in the Airplane Flight Manual (AFM). The tests include performance tests for takeoff, climb, cruise, & landing. Depending on the phase of flight, we have created a method to systematically evaluate true aircraft performance against the performance outlined in the AFM.

4. Aircraft systems validation
Your jet is a fantastically complicated machine that takes, in some cases, five months to build with thousands of components that must work in harmony to safely transport you from one location to another. There are three times when mechanical systems typically fail: When they are very new, when they are very old, or after they have been recently maintained. As a result, we have developed a battery of system tests to ensure that your aircraft is 100% functional from the day it leaves the factory. You’d be surprised how often we find things that are not working properly on a brand new jet.

5. Delivery day technical inspection
The technical inspection, which takes place on the ground, covers over 800 items on the aircraft. Our paint inspection reveals many types of flaws including scratches, nipples, overspray, orange peel, & dull areas. In many cases, we have had entire aircraft wings & fuselages completely repainted due to deficiencies in the original paint. Our interior inspection reveals marks & soiling of materials, misplaced insulation, & misaligned panels. Systems validation not possible in flight is conducted on the ground, together with a structural appraisal of key components.
